Throughout history the party has always accompanied humanity, as is evidenced by the festive character of the human being, homo Festus. Elements such as the power of laughter and joy to cope with the daily demands of life create time and space for relaxation and total detachment, enabling routine discharge burden to proceed to the next business day. Carnival becomes the space to not forget or hide the fact but to mock her, to vent and to shout loudly, disagreements, needs, injustices and ailments of a community absorbed by poverty, fear and violence. A community marginalized by an ignorant world of existence in this context of human beings who also have dreams and illusions, but unfortunately the media have stigmatized, causing the total exclusion of members to society.
