Resumen

Las personas con Trastornos del Espectro del Autismo (TEA) necesitan intervenciones específicas en áreas clave del desarrollo. Las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) nos permiten diseñar dispositivos adaptados y generar contenidos y procesos de intervención accesibles. Las TIC apoyan los procesos específicos de aprendizaje de las personas con TEA, fomentando la comunicación, la socialización y la imaginación. Además, las TIC tienen un importante impacto en otras áreas relacionadas con la mejora de la calidad de vida de las personas con TEA. La intención del presente trabajo es la de analizar diferentes aplicaciones TIC que se están utilizando en la actualidad en España, en diferentes áreas relacionas con el TEA, como la formación del personal, los proceso de aprendizaje o la planificación y evaluación e servicios. Estas aplicaciones permiten diseñar intervenciones más accesibles, mostrándose además como recursos eficaces en la áreas anteriormente mencionadas. En el diseño experimental de las aplicaciones presentada, casi como para su implantación y posterior validación, se contó con personas con TEA y organizaciones que les prestan apoyo. Todas las aplicaciones han sido diseñadas basándose en investigaciones y Guías de Buenas Prácticas que definen los requisitos y condiciones necesarios para la intervención efectiva con personas con TEA.
