Abstract
Objetive/Method: Two siblings, a 6 years old girl and a 3 years old boy, diagnosed of high myopia, associated with cleft palate, and micrognathia. It was confirmed by a genetic study. Results/Conclusion: Stickler syndrome is a disorder of collagen connective tissue, characterized by such systemic abnormalities as arthopathy, facial and ophthalmopathy, congenital high myopia being its most frequent manifestation and retinal detachment the most common complication
