Resum

En las últimas décadas, Internet se ha convertido en un instrumento necesario de comunicación, comercio y trabajo, tanto para los individuos, como para las empresas. Sin embargo, cada uno de los consumidores tiene preferencias distintas y factores que de manera diferente motivan o frenan nuestra decisión de compra online. En este sentido, presentamos una tipología de 200 encuestas válidas realizadas a compradores online de billetes de transporte. Este es un trabajo pionero en el campo del comercio electrónico por delinear 3 grupos de compradores (escépticos, reflexivos y prácticos), en función de la confianza en los sitios web de venta de billetes de transporte, las características intrínsecas, extrínsecas y relacionales de estos sitios, y la personalidad de los compradores, además de otros elementos secundarios. Los resultados expresan información interesante, tanto para el mundo académico, como implicaciones para la gestión.
