Abstract

Based on the policy approach focused on Education Strategy 2020: development of key competences for lifelong learning (Unión Europea, 2000), from University Institute for Education Sciences (IUCE) at the University of Salamanca (USAL), in collaboration with the research group in teacher education at the University of Burgos (UBU); we are developing an educational research project focused on identifying best practices for training teachers of students in information literacy and collaborative competences. In this article, shows the results obtained in the first phase of the study, when intended for a diagnostic evaluation of the conception of teachers on these competencies, it being necessary to design and validate one questionnaire.
