Abstract

The management of quality in social services has represented a renaissance in management, contributing to a deep thought on the dominant paradigms. But although the evolution of quality in socioeducational institutions is presented as a promising scenario, there are important gaps that make necessary the implementation of urgent and fast steps in order to speak of quality services. Based on the vision of experts in community development and socio-cultural dynamization, the Delphi Technique aims to respond to the need to integrate quality in child care services to make the organization more valuable. For this reason, a guide of quality indicators focused on fostering the participation of parents in the childcare services is designed, in an attempt to join their future to the community and their ability to adapt and innovate to create value in the same. From the conviction of teaching to coordinate the participating members, to achieve a process of continuous improvement by creating increasingly horizontal organizations where active participation of all users and members are the driving force of these services.
