El impacto de la educación, la tecnología y el liderazgo en la integración cultural entre Emiratos Árabes Unidos y Paraguay.Diseño de una propuesta para reforzar las relaciones internacionales

Abstract

The research addresses cultural integration between the United Arab Emirates and Paraguay from a mixed perspective, with the purpose of designing a proposal based on education, technology and leadership to improve international relations. The initial prospective study through surveys revealed the need to promote organizational digital transformation, foster innovation and develop intercultural educational programs. A model was proposed based on four axes: organizational digitalization, leadership, innovation and education; articulated in political, economic, social, cultural and organizational dimensions. It seeks to positively impact international relations through cultural integration, taking advantage of Technology of the Information and Communication (TIC) and promoting innovative leadership. The relevance of cultural integration in contemporary international relations is highlighted, allowing the exchange of knowledge and traditions to strengthen cooperation. It is concluded that education, technology and leadership are key factors for cultural integration between nations to strengthen bilateral projects.
