Zusammenfassung
The construction of the European Higher Education Space has given place to an exponential growth process, which has been followed by different countries over the last decade, of heterogeneous proposals for quality assurance systems in the field of university policy. The paper, in line with the main international trends, undertakes an empirical, compared and interpretative study of the proposals by the most noteworthy quality assurance systems with the aim to reflect about the decisive factors for the quality of university programs for Older People and also to deepen in the building of a model for its recognition.
