Abstract

Towards a European Community policy in climatic change and its consequences for Spain. Fruit of the reflections developed along the days celebrated with the sponsorship of the Secretariat of State for the EU in October, 2008 sees the light this monograph. It approaches interesting questions of the most white hot current importance on one of the big global challenges, the climatic change, fundamentally from the optics of the EU and, inside his members states, particularly from Spain. From a multidisciplinary point of view, predominantly juridical and economic, approaches the impact of the climatic change in Spain, the leadership of the EU in the fight against the climatic change, the renewable energies, the repercussion of the climatic change in the Spanish companies, the mechanisms of flexibility of the Protocol of Kioto, the rights of emission and their application in Spain and the implementation by the Spanish Administration of the European policy of climatic change.
