Abstract
In the context of the Direction of Companies,the implantation of a Model that allows to value the potential that contains the knowledge, as well as to produce it, to acquire it, to transmit, it, to update it,and to apply it for the creation of value and wealth,demands the consideration of, at least, three aspects related, that are: the Strategic Direction, Organizational Design and the Direction of Human resources, in addition to the suitable technology. This multidimensional and complex perspective involves some difficulties for the understanding of the management of Knowledge, and consequently to carry out it of effective way, because it implies, mainly, human and organizational factors that demand the express definition of strategies, policies, procedures, structures and cultures destined to create value from the knowledge had by all the intervening agents
