Abstract
Attention to diversity refers to the set of general and specific measures to meet all the school's pupils. Psichological and school guidance teams and counselling departments involve basically in the application of specific measures of attention to diversity, but also those of a general nature. Its functions with regard to the emphasis on diversity has been developed through state and regional regulations on the organization and management of the teams, care education of students with special educational needs and those of educational compensation, and care for diversity.
