The present study is based on the elderly (65 and over) people´s of Burgos (Spain) perception of their own living conditions based on their current situation, demands and expectations. The study was carried out by the research team of the University Burgos, based on a contract with the Provincial Social Services Foundation of Burgos. The objective was to investigate the living conditions of these people, focusing on the demands and expectations in regard to health, dependency and activities performed. For the purpose of this research, a specific questionnaire was designed and a survey was undertaken by fourteen qualified surveyors based on a representative sample of the target population. The data obtained was classified by the three variables used to cross the questions: place of residence, age and sex. After the analysis of the data, a report was prepared summarizing the results
