Abstract

The mobile phone is an instrument that nowadays is being considered by firms as a mean of selling. In this study we present the results obtained from a sample of 125 firms surveyed in Spain and we can suggest two types of firms of different characteristics (the skeptical and the receptive ones) according to driving and inhibiting factors to this type of selling. This pioneering study in Spain shows interesting implications for firms.
