Abstract

The paper analyzes and evaluates the public price subsidy for the samples taken at high level international competitions, established by Resolution of August 5, 2014 by the Directorate General of Spanish Agency for Health Protection in Sport. It is part of the overall concept of public money and the requirements for it to be subsidized under Article 26 of Law 8/1989, of 13 April, of Rates and Public Prices are examined.
