¿Quién gobierna las ONGD en España?un análisis de la composición de sus órganos de gobierno

Resumen

Esta investigación analiza la configuración del consejo de las 59 ONGD miembros de la Coordinadora estatal (CONGDE) que publican en sus webs el curriculum vitae de sus consejeros así como el efecto que tiene su idiosincrasia sobre la configuración del órgano de gobierno. Las características de la organización marcan, por una parte, sus necesidades asesoras y supervisoras y, por otra, su capacidad para atraer consejeros especialmente implicados y capacitados. Los resultados muestran cómo las entidades más jóvenes, las fundaciones y las entidades no religiosas están haciendo un esfuerzo por configurar sus órganos de gobierno de forma óptima y, por el contrario, las entidades más grandes parecen estar desaprovechando su capacidad para atraer consejeros valiosos y desperdiciando, por tanto, la posibilidad de configurar un consejo que les ayude en la consecución de sus fines organizativos.
