Abstract
In any nuclear power plant, the flow of established information comes from different sources: Training, Regulations, Operating Experience, Assessments, etc.., However, the tacit and the critical knowledge, obtained by the employees during the operation of the plant, should be kept in mind with the aim of transferring that knowledge to the rest of the organization. Nuclenor, in collaboration with the University of Burgos, has developed a System to transfer and retain valuable undocumented knowledge for the long term, which involves the participation of the employees in the identification and subsequent dissemination of this knowledge. In addition, having this amount of knowledge available and applicable at Nuclenor should help improve training processes, description of the job positions and prioritizing the most critical for the enterprise, taking into account its custody and transmission.
