The figure of the repentant - collaborators of justice supposed to return to the legal debate on whether or not to enhance certain measures of special research, based indulge them and negotiated justice formulas, which are applied as very effective tools are said to uncover, investigate and punish conduct relating to public corruption and organized crime frames, yet we must not forget that pose a serious decline to the basic principles of criminal law.
