Abstract

This paper tries to show in a preliminary way how, as a result of the financial evolution, derivates has been offered to a vast market with the consequences that it has. The aim is to show a general overview of the situation and the state of the art, justify the importance of the study of derivates and specially the Swap contracts trough the jurisprudence.
