Abstract

Such sensitivity and strategic position area is alimentation that requires legislation at the level of the public and private interests that protects. To this end, both Spanish and EU institutions have taken initiatives. It stands above all the Code of Conduct on Good Business Practices of the European food supply chain, drawn up within the Initiative Supply Chain under the auspices of the European Commission. The purpose of this communication is the examination of the Code from two perspectives: first, as a typical instrument of soft law and, secondly, as a situation on which it is interesting applying game theory tools.
