Abstract

To charge the state with the obligation to repair the damage caused by terrorist actions, even if the position is more widespread and no doubt the most 17 simple, do not consider it the most successful way to care for a problem that is increasing. For this reason we examine the specific issue and alternatives are sought to work against those who cause damage directly, stripped of the commendable spirit of solidarity and trying to give a legal answer under the principles that apply to the occurrence of damage, even to consider the possibility of linking to all those who commune with the terrorist cause and to finance their macabre enough to proceed.
