Zusammenfassung

The star architects handle the idea of the place but they do not act in a neutral place, but "on" or "beside" a space listed World Heritage, which they use as a generator of their own projects. This mechanism is used as an instrument to find the values that the place treasure, in order to produce an enriching transfer. Hence the use of the palimpsest as a methodological analogy and the analogy of the mirror that characterizes the new iconic realizations.
