Résumé

This thesis deals with the phenomenon of the de-individualization of the law of damages. It develops a concept of this form of damage, stating the best way and the scope and limits, studying their effects. Finally, a brief glimpse of latioamericano and Anglo-Saxon law, and comparative analysis with reference to continental effort are the "Principles of European Law of Civil Responsibility."
