Abstract
The law offers different treatment to professions, giving rise to diverse legal concepts in constant transformation. Regulated profession is a central element of the community system for the recognition of professional qualifications. Certified profession, connected to professional freedom, has its key in domestic constitutional law. Finally, collegial profession, which is linked to the existence of collegiate organizations, has been greatly affected by the change in the institutional model of Professional College/Association that is being undertaken by the Spanish legislator on the occasion of the transposition of the Services Directive into national law
