Abstract

The right to family life constitutes one of the pillars of our society. This justifies the importance of the recognition of the right to family reunification which, in the European Union, the destination of important migratory flows, acquires a special dimension, especially marked by the frequent conflicts that arise between the Member States and European regulations.
