Abstract
Adaptation of Professional Colleges & Bodies, enshrined in an obsolete regulatory framework of their own, to the model of Electronic Administration is a pending task for the Spanish legislator, the necessity for which has been brought to the surface by the health emergency situation, that has prompted a minimal emergency intervention and that requires an indispensable update in order to complete a regulation now usage of electronic means in administrative procedures by those corporations is incipient, partial and insufficient.
