Abstract

In a scenario of numerous changes, economics, social, political, technological and globalizationin wich higher education are located, leadership is necessary to understand and direct the change of universities towards excellence, and for witch, it will be necessary to change the corporate culture, in order to achieve effective leadership thats motivates its members to achieve the visión and success of organizations, and hence “culture and leadership are the face of the same coin, and based in this hipótesis, the key will be a transformative leadership with values for the development of people and society.
