Abstract

This paper examines the scenographic resources employed by Lucas Fernández in his Auto de la Pasión (Salamanca, 1514). An eclectic and an interdisciplinary methodology is employed to show the possible use of pictorial and sculptural supports on stage. The aim is to reconstruct the scenographic space that could have been used in the performance of the Auto at the beginning of the 16th century in a private space
