Abstract
Two recent Supreme Court rulings have concluded and confirmed the existence of reserved professional activities in the Law on Building Ordinance & Regulations in favour of architects and technical architects in compliance with the principles of necessity and proportionality, without administrative acts of subsequent application being obliged to its justification for having already been pondered and considered by the legislator
