Abstract

One of the main challenges facing companies in the 21st century in order to be able to compete in the globalised market is the training of human talent. In this context of uncertainty, training plays a decisive role in facing an increasingly uncertain labour market. With this thesis we present the process followed to design a training proposal establishing as a starting point the detection of the training needs expressed by the workers themselves, providing the company analysed with a training proposal adapted to its needs. The results of the study concluded the existence of a latent need to reinforce personnel training, establishing that the company and its collaborators are in optimal conditions to participate in the proposed training programme, thus allowing the updating of knowledge, the strengthening of skills, and promoting the professional development of the workers that make up the company.
