Resumo

The Spanish playwrights of the Renaissance used the literary mimesis to shape in their plays the space of Nature. In this paper, therefore, it is explain that the Spanish writers in the XVI century incorporated the poetic-rhetorical potential of the natural spaces to the modern tragedy.
