Résumé
The University of Burgos implemented in 2009-2010 the Mentor Program. Educational and social needs of first year students, coupled with the change involves access to university, he created the need for introducing this program based on peer support. In particular, a student of higher courses (mentor-student) supervised by a tutor (professor-tutor), guides and advises a new student (mentorizado-student). Objective: To analyze the degree of satisfaction with the program during the academic year, 2015-2016. Method: This is a descriptive cross-sectional study. Three scales assessing satisfaction of each participant type are used. Results: We describe and analyze the data collected by central tendency indices (response rates). Conclusions: High levels of satisfaction were found with the program by the three types of participants, though some improvements are proposed.
