Abstract

ITCL, Technological Institute of Castilla y León, is a technology center based in Burgos and close to 30 years of work. The arrival of social networks was assumed by this center as a tool for the dissemination of information generated within the center thanks to its technological developments. The new tools of digital diffusion have favored a greater knowledge of the work that is developed in this center. The presence of ITCL information on social networks is centralized on Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin. The activity of this center in digital platforms favors the positioning of this organization not only with the companies it serves but also with its partners in innovation projects. This center aims, in social networks, to promote knowledge of new technologies, using the tools offered by these new means of digital dissemination.
