Abstract

The investigation looked for to promote conceptual, methodologic and actitudinal evolution in the conceptions and beliefs of the teachers of natural sciences being assumed that stop to generate conceptual and methodologic evolution it was precise to generate a change of attitude previously, conceiving this one like the motor that lays out the evolution of the other two dimensions. Learning doing, learning reflecting and to learn to being person turned to the participants of the process in subject and object of itself, reflecting and acting on the complexity of the educative act. Found results show how to the attitudes and beliefs of the science teachers, its teaching and learning affects the professional performance of the educational ones; how in little propitious atmospheres one needs to take care of the attitudes like motor that impels the conceptual and methodological evolution and allows to emphasize the necessity to continue experiencing strategies to improve the quality of education and learning of natural sciences with participation of its professors
