Resumo

In this work the design of a subject in Constitutional Law is exposed to impart a degree no legal title by teaching online. The basic content of the teaching guide, which is made according to academic criteria set by the University is exposed. The use of these instruments essential for the delivery of the subject virtual tools is explained: The notice board and forum questions and detailed schedule of activities and tasks that students are to perform during the course.
