Zusammenfassung

This contribution is part of a broader doctoral research project, it presents the results of the research stay held in the Salvi Factory and the Museo Dell’ Arpa Victor Salvi in Piasco, Italy, The work is based on forty-five harps exhibited in the museum plus others that are part of the collection of Antique Harps and the development and evolution of pedal harp since the early nineteenth century to the present day.
