Resumo

In this work we present the structure of tutorial and welcome programs for the pupils ofthe first year in the Universities of Girona, Lleida, Burgos and Aveiro. These programsgather experiences as the welcome sessions for pupils of new incorporation, tutorialprograms and counsellor programs for different studies. The aims raised by theeducational teams are a) to offer the pupils of new entry the orientation and necessaryadvice to facilitate their academic and social integration in the institution and to achievethe complete autonomy in their studies, and b) to develop both personal andprofessional trainings to the students, promoting their social skills, and those oforganization and orientation.
