Abstract
On study the separation gas chromatographic of the sterolic fraction isolated by TLC of the insaponificable residue of the fat of pimiento tipo Padron. Also on study statistic discrimination by BMDP 7M program founding that the contents ins Stigmasterol is sufficient to discern with thight probability if a sample belongs to Murcia or to Padron (La Coruña).
