Associate Professor/Senior Lecturer since April 2017, in the area of Computer Languages and Systems, Department of Computer Engineering. Associate Professor/Senior of University School from 2003 to March 2017. PhD, Computer Engineering and Diploma in Computer Management, all from the University of Valladolid. Professor at the University of Burgos since 2000, mainly teaching in degrees related to Computer Engineering, with experience in teaching subjects of programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming (programming methodology), software design and maintenance, information systems, data structures, database administration, database application development, distributed systems, architectures and internet services and ubiquitous systems. With more than 80 degree/master's degree projects and final projects directed or co-directed, generally with Java technologies (JSE, JEE and Android) and in some particular cases with .NET, covering desktop applications, web development and mobile applications, in all areas (management applications, ubiquitous systems, technological innovation, teaching innovation and research). Research specialisation in software refactoring and maintenance. Member of the ADMIRABLE research group and former member of the GIRO group at the University of Valladolid Member of the teaching innovation group DIGIT and eNOL, and previously of NeuroTICS at the University of Burgos, and currently a reviewer of the JENUI (Jornadas de ENseñanza Universitaria de la Informática). From 2008 to 2012 he was Deputy Director of the Higher Polytechnic School responsible for the degrees of Technical Engineering in Computer Management, Computer Engineering and Technical Agricultural Engineering: Agricultural and Food Industries. Participating in the transformation of degrees to the Bologna Plan, ECTS coordinator in Eramus programme, and coordinator of SICUE programmes. From 2009 to 2015 he was the UBU coordinator of the HP Technological Observatory at the University. He has been Coordinator of the Degree in Computer Engineering from October 2013 to October 2016. He was a member of the School Board from 2004 to the present year 202. He participated in the implementation of the online teaching modality of this degree, coordinating its implementation since the 2014-2015 academic year. She has the certificate of the Training Plan for Virtual Education (PFEV) of the UBU, with experience in e-learning in its different modalities on Moodle platform.
